| Application and Principle: Based on the principle of mercerizing
machine imported form German, the product are improved design for
cylinder knitted fabric such as polyester cotton, polyester and
cotton plated single jacquard and pure cotton with advantages of
stable mechanical property and easy operation. It adopts frequency
conversion speed governing, self-control tension, spray-type water
cleaning, automatic temperature control and small error of roller.
The machine also can be used in the process of alkali-reducing. Through the compound of NaOH and negative ion and non-ion (RPS-1mercerizing oil), it penetrates cotton fibre under the condition of low temperature after the technologic treatment of controlling lye concentration, temperature, time, tension, pick-up ratio and alkali removing. It can increase dyeing equality and color yield after grey cloth mercerizing, and it can keep tensile property after cleaning and treatment, especially, full cotton fabric is not rolled after the treatment of mercerizing. Feature: 1. Differing from the straight roller and roller chain mercerizing which are not operated under the condition of low temperature, bad tensile ability and no water cleaning effect, tension can directly display mercerizing effect and gloss, and mercerizing tension also has effect on cotton fibre absorbing dyeing yield. 2. The cotton fabric after mercerizing has good hand feeling, colorful and transparent gloss, coolness and comfortable and good air permeability, shrinkage is 2%-3%. 3. According to certain proportion of alkali and mercerizing oil, through low temperature freezing to 5-8 degree Centigrade, grey cloth is passed the process of penetration, singeing, reaction, temperature control and water cleaning until PH value reaches 7-8. Alkali and mercerizing oil penetrate cotton fibre under low temperature to make the change of figure and supramolecular structure, the fleece on the appearance of fabric is eliminated, showing density and brightness of filament fibre, having the silklike effect whether from hand feeling or from texture feeling. |
